NotePrivate is operated by Voice Private Inc., 115 George Street, Suite 607, Oakville, Ontario, Canada, L6J 0A2. Using this site means you accept these terms.

Not on sale yet

NotePrivate is pre-launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side. The price shown is planned and may change before launch.

The waitlist

If you give us your email we will write to you when NotePrivate is available. We do not sell or share your address, every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your notes are yours

You own everything you write in NotePrivate. We claim no licence over it, and because the vault is encrypted with a key only you hold, we could not use it even if we wanted to. The flip side is real: if you lose your key, we cannot recover your notes for you. Keep a backup of your key somewhere safe.

Using this site

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people. The text, design and code here belong to us. You may quote and link to it, but not republish it wholesale as your own.

No warranty, and limits on liability

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date below is when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
